Abstract

Although Tohaf al-Uqoul , written by Ibn Shubeh Harrani, is one of the old book in
hadith, the first mention to this book is in tenth and eleventh centuries. Narrating of
hadith regarding “Maaesh Ibad” from this book by sheikh Ansari in his book, Al-
Makaseb, caused this book be more famous especially  in juridical circle. Because
of some factors this book was remain unknown: long interval between writing of
the book and its appearance, lake of connected track, being unfamiliar and lack of
chain in the Hadith and so on. On the other hand, some jurists believe that these
hadiths are so famous and its fame and agreement with the intellectual and narrative
rules compensate and rectify weakness of the hadith. This research attempts to
discuss about the book and validity of this genre of hadith.
