Abstract
In Islamic history, some important politics letters such as Imam Ali's letter to Malek Ashtar and Taher Zol - Yaminein's Advisory letter which remained till now have been written. This article is going to compare between these two letters and what can be understood from them regarding the ways of govern according to two ways of ruling i.e. Alavi government and Abbassi government. The result of this research indicates that Imam Ali has considered to some part of the society which ignored at Taher's letter. In Imam Ali's point of view the main goal for governor is establishing the justice and caching the God satisfaction. Wile, in Taher's letter what is important is only satisfaction of the Caliph. At last, it is possible to say that there are some similarities between them such as: consulting with people and controlling the functionary in deferent place of the territory.
