Abstract
Understandig of hadith as a second source of injunction and eules of Islam is very important. Hadith sciences especily Feqh al-Hadith is responciple for that aim. Therfor, scientists and jurists including the author of Isteqsa’ al-I’tebar fi Sharh al-Istebsar in order to better understang of hadith has utilized from these principlesand rules. In addition, he has attempted to establish some other rules for this perpose.The present research is going to study principles and rules have applied or established by author .Moreover, some fundamental rules about chain and text criticism such as forged hadith, dissimulation of ones faith, quoting of the meaning of the hadith and so on has been researched the hadith and so on has been researched
