Abstract
Root of many accusationsto Shiite traditions generate from Imamat. Moshkelat Al-Hadith author (Yahya Mohammad) has focused strongly on Shiite Hadith books on this matter. In Yahya Mohammad point of view, Imamat is adventitious and lack of concept of infallibility. He believes Imamat is because of complementary of science and religion and piety of Imam and in the Quran, there is no clear mention about Imamat. He believes that "Ibn Junayd" and "Ibn Ghzaery" have not accepted Imam as an infallible person. On the other hand, he believes that Prophet and Imams are similar with the other people. He has separated religious leadership from politics. But many strong evidences as discussed in this research reject his ideas.
