Abstract
Variety and difference in commentary references effect on the interpretation of the Quran, and this issue generates some methods and ways for explanation of the Qur'an. Sayyed Abdul- Aala Sbzevari in "Mavaheb Al- Rahman" applies different sources and citations for interpretation of the Qur'an. One of the prominent one is utilization of the other verses of the Qur'an. Sabzevari apply many verses of the Qur'an for clarifying the meaning of the words and expressions, as well explaining the other verses of the Qur'an. He also for this purpose occasionally has utilized various Hadiths, companion and successor's commentary and Arabic literature, especially lexicographer views. The commentator sometimes analyzes and critics other views which told by other interpreters. Application of intellect and inference is also one of the main properties of this Tafsīr. Therefore, it is possible to say that Sabzevāri's method for interpretation of the Qurān is comprehensive method including traditional and intellectual.
